Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. We schedule appointments according to our specialists’ availability. If you are running late, please call and let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you. Arriving late will likely limit the time allocated for your service; it will lessen the effectiveness and most importantly your pleasure and enjoyment. As a courtesy to all clients, our services are completed as scheduled. Cancellations of all services require a 24-hour notice. Thank you for your consideration and understanding.
All of our Brand name retail products have a money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please return it for a full refund. We are sorry; appliances and brushes are non-refundable.
We accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and personal checks.
All Returned Checks will incur a minimum fee of $25 (up to $35) as charged to Bangz Salon by our financial institution to recover funds. More than one returned check will require a credit card on file for all future transactions.
Gratuities may be added on credit and debit cards, but must be added to the total sale price before the card is processed. Checks may be written over the amount of sale.
For safety reasons, no child may remain unaccompanied in the salon while you are having a service. We require another adult to be on hand to ensure their safety and attention. We love children and want all of our guests to be able to have a wonderful and restful experience.
We recommend you wear our provided smocks when receiving any hair service and leave valuable items at home. We do our best to keep all areas free of haircolor; however, we cannot be responsible for any damage to clothing, accessories or personal items.
